Rehearsal Clock Support
Rehearsal Clock is an independent rehearsal timing and reporting tool for stage managers. It is not affiliated with Actors’ Equity Association. Contract requirements vary, so always confirm the rules governing your rehearsal.
AI-assisted development
AI tools were used during the development of Rehearsal Clock, including to help write and review code, documentation, and visual concepts. The app’s design decisions, rehearsal rules, and released behavior were selected, reviewed, and tested by the developer.
Rehearsal Clock does not contain an AI assistant or generative-AI features. It does not send rehearsal times, reports, reminders, or other user data to AI services.
Getting help
For questions, bug reports, or feature ideas, please email contact@coltonrobertson.com
When reporting a problem, please include:
- Whether you are using the Mac, iPhone, or iPad app
- Your operating-system version
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- A screenshot, if it doesn’t contain confidential rehearsal information
Notifications aren’t appearing
Open Rehearsal Clock Settings and check the Alerts section. If alerts are off, open the system notification settings and allow banners for Rehearsal Clock. Alerts are intentionally silent.
Correcting a start time
While a rehearsal or break is running, select the pencil beside its start time. Enter the time the segment actually began and save it. Break deadlines and the rehearsal report will recalculate.
Rehearsal history and privacy
Rehearsal history is stored locally on your device. You can delete all completed rehearsal summaries from Rehearsal Clock Settings. See the Rehearsal Clock Privacy Policy for more information.
